Job Description

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on UK and Australia student/work/visitor visa processes, policies, and requirements.
Counsel students and clients on course options, universities/colleges, and visa requirements based on their profile and career aspirations.
Assist in end-to-end application process: admission guidance, document preparation, and visa filing for UK and Australia.
Conduct preliminary eligibility checks for visa applications and guide clients on improving their visa success rate.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and procedures for UK and Australia.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, emails, and virtual consultations in a professional manner.
Coordinate with university representatives, embassies, and visa consultants as needed.
Follow up with prospective students/clients regularly to ensure smooth processing and conversion.
Maintain proper documentation and records of client interactions and applications.
Achieve individual and team targets related to visa application success and student enrollments.
Participate in promotional activities, education fairs, seminars, and workshops as required.
Provide pre-departure briefings and support services to students.
