Job Description
Company is a dynamic silicon valley based startup focussed on building Intelligent Connected Mobility solutions for Automotive eCommerce, Fuel Stations/Convenient Stores, Fuel Distributors, Automotive Tuning, Diagnostics & Fleet Management.
Company is creating a platform with components including its own hardware (IoT), mobile apps to establish an interconnected network of mobility businesses, vehicles and customers where individuals and businesses can interface with each other to share data and gain efficiencies.
Company is expanding its engineering centre in Bengaluru India.
Abilities
- Should have full understanding of software
development lifecycle.
- Should have good working knowledge of Enterprise
Java language, tools, development methodologies and
design principles.
- Working knowledge of Spring Boot, myBatis, RESTful
Webservices, JSON to build backend services.
- Proficient in using code versioning tools like Git and
familiarity with continuous integration process.
- Working knowledge of coding best practices and good
designs.
- Transform company vision to the applications
development.
- Comfortable working on multiple projects in multiple
releases.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new
technologies to maximise development efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and
design applications.
- Work on defect fixing and improving application
performance.
- Working knowledge of Docker, MySQL Database using
SQL queries and basic DML.
- Exposure and knowledge of AWS, Redis, Kubernetes,
Elastic Cache is a plus.
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Engineering
Experience
- At least 4 years experience developing solutions in
Java.
- Work with product owners with passion to develop robust
backend for web applications using Java frameworks to
excite customers.
- Participate in ideation and design of functionally rich
applications based on inputs provided by Product teams.
- Use latest technologies to develop highly maintainable
and flexible application
Experience on mentoring Junior members/leading technically
