0.6 months -1 year of experience who can fulfil the following criteria Scheduling interviews based on the availability of the candidates and interviewer and working closely with recruiters & Hiring Managers to manage the overall scheduling process. Following up for the feedback post interview with hiring managers. Feedback closure on tool. Provide follow-up correspondence to the candidates on feedback status via email if necessary. Educate clients on the recruiting process and the roles involved in the process. Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed Internal stakeholder management. Meeting targets/metric assigned monthly. Resources will be responsible for addressing emails within timelines. Maintaining Trackers. Good written & verbal communication Prior managing stakeholder experience will help. Candidate should have basic excel skills
