• Should have pervious gold loan experience.

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient gold loan processing and customer service.
  
• Handle team performance, providing guidance and training to achieve targets.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch, including sales, marketing, and compliance.
  
• Develop strategies to increase business growth through effective communication with customers.
  
• Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
