Position: Tech/Team Lead Java Full Stack
Location: Pune COE
Experience: 8-12 years of exp, 2-3 years in lead role
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Summary
We are looking for a Tech/Team Lead (Java Full Stack) who will be responsible for leading a development team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software, and staying hands-on with coding and design. The role demands expertise in Java 17, Angular, Spring Boot 3.2+, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis, RabbitMQ, and exposure to DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and mentor a team of developers (Backend + UI).
2. Actively contribute to design, coding, and code reviews.
3. Break down business requirements into technical tasks and allocate to the team.
4. Develop and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices (Scheduler, Security, AOP, Integration, Spring Cloud).
5. Oversee UI development with Angular and integration with REST APIs.
6. Ensure optimized data access with PostgreSQL.
7. Implement search solutions using ElasticSearch.
8. Manage caching strategies with Redis.
9. Design and implement message-driven architectures with RabbitMQ.
10. Support deployment automation and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Nexus optional).
11. Track progress, resolve technical blockers, and ensure timely delivery.
12. Work closely with architects and product owners to align development with architecture and business goals.
Required Skills
1. Strong coding skills in Java 17+, with expertise in:
2. Spring Boot 3.2+ (Microservices, Scheduler, Security, Data JPA, AOP, Integration, Spring Cloud)
3. Hibernate
4. REST APIs
5. Frontend expertise in Angular.
6. Strong experience with PostgreSQL (queries, optimization, schema design).
7. Hands-on with ElasticSearch (search, indexing).
8. Redis caching implementation.
9. RabbitMQ messaging and event-driven systems.
10. Excellent understanding of software design patterns, best practices, and clean coding principles.
11. Team leadership task allocation, code review, mentoring.
12. Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Optional Skills (Good to Have)
1. Exposure to DevOps tools: Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Nexus.
2. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3. Cloud platform experience (AWS/Azure/OpenShift)
