Roles and Responsibilities

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.

* Process international orders, handle payment transactions, and maintain accurate records.

* Provide exceptional customer service to resolve client queries and concerns in a professional manner.

* Manage international sales for US clients, ensuring timely delivery of services and meeting customer expectations.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Strong understanding of international processes and procedures.

* Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

* 0-3 years of experience in international sales or related field (US process, US voice processing).
