Candidate should be graduate

The position is with MNC organisation

Minimum 1-year experience in Chat / Email of International BPO

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi

Salary will go up to 5 LPA

Immediate joining

Required Candidate profile

Connect and Interact with customers on Social Platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Community portals like Consumer grievance forums and Ombudsman.

Compose responses independently and in accordance with processes guidelines.
