Good to have: SQL

Experience: 6-8 years of experience in performance testing, with a focus on Jmeter.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Jmeter for performance testing.

Strong knowledge of performance testing methodologies and tools.

Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Performance Testing:

Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts using Jmeter

Analyze performance test results and provide detailed reports on system performance, bottlenecks, and recommendations for improvements.

2. Monitoring and Analysis:

Utilize Grafana for monitoring and visualizing performance metrics.

Identify performance issues and work with development teams to resolve them.

3. Collaboration & Leadership:

Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

Lead performance testing delivery : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on performance testing best practices & own the delivery responsibility of the team.
