Job Description
- Working Experience : 8+ Years in Buildings, Factories, Data centres, Hospital Airport, Metro, Ports, High Rise Buidlings, etc in a subcontracting / consultancy firm
- Minimum Qualification: B.E / B.Tech Electronic/IT/Computer Engineering or Equivalent
- Must completed Min: 02 Projects (Design to Hand over stage)
- Aptitude towards adaption of new technologies to improve productivity and quality
- Provide design support in ICT for our various offices and projects across India for the design of local area networks (LAN), including racks, network devices, containment, cabling and physical spaces.
- Design Exposure in various ICT systems, Physical Infrastructure, Network Cabling, access control, security, video surveillance, wireless coverage, audio-visual, building automation, guard calls, public calls systems,DAS,Wireless coverage,VOIP,wireless coverage etc
- CCNA or CISSP certifications are considered an asset.
- Exposure in codal compliance i.e ANSI/TIA/BISCI/IEEE/CSA/OBC/NBC
- General understanding of network protocols and concepts (IP addressing, subnet masks, VLAN, link aggregation, DHCP protocol, etc.).
- Preparation of DBR, Detailed BOQ, Space Planning, Concept Design, Preparation of Drgs, (DD, GFC, As built), Technical Specification, Quantity estimation etc.
- Hands on experience in Peer Review of Design, Drgs, Data sheets etc,
- Exposure in reviewing of Tender documents, drgs etc to support proposal dept.
- Familiarisation with ACAD operation, Working knowledge of BIM
- Working knowledge of MEP & other service coordination
- Site execution experience will be an added advantage.
- Experience in analysing Tender Documents, Drgs, etc, raising of Pre-bid queries
- Leading Technical discussion with client, consultant, PMC and other stake holders
- Leading role for obtaining on time approval of Drgs, Material Submittals etc.
