For the Team lead role- The candidate must:
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Take ownership of issues, proactively identify solutions, and drive them to resolution in a timely manner.
Act as the go-to problem solver for complex challenges, ensuring quick decision-making and execution.
Foster a culture of self-motivation, initiative, and ownership within the team.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements or issues , set clear priorities, and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring progress, removing roadblocks, and driving productivity.
Provide hands-on support where needed and set the standard for delivering with quality and urgency.
Assign & track user stories and report team performance metrics, escalating risks early and implementing corrective actions swiftly.

- Primary skill must be in Full stack developer and must be in .Net API development
Must have hands-on experience in .Net C#, ,Web API, .Net Core, Entity Framework & LINQ
Knowledge/ Experience in RDBMS sql server
Angular JS/React js will be good to have.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap & jQuery is preferred.
Strong understanding of C# fundamentals, Object Oriented Design, algorithm design and Data Structures
Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with IT background
Experienced working in Agile Methodology
Good communication skills; prior worked with international clients
Confident and work as Individual contributor and a Onsite team lead; exp. working directly with client team.
Experience in Insurance domain is preferred.
Interact with business user for requirement understanding and clarification.
Relevant .Net experienced in Restful API Development
Good Analytical Skills and be able to work independently.
Work with Business users and analyst to clarify the requirements and provide solutions
Able to code as per coding standards and deliver the complete developed enhancements on time maintaining quality
Be able to unit test and integration test the code and write test cases.
Be able to participate in discussion and provide workaround or out of the box solutions.
Good Communication skills and email etiquettes are a must.
Be able to comprehend complex problem statements and provide a solution.
