Interview Process: Online written test followed by telephonic interviews.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to guide and support our agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus while ensuring that Agile/Scrum principles and practices are effectively implemented. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to remove impediments and enable teams to deliver value efficiently and predictably.
We have a long history and tremendous experience in industrial glass processing as we develop state-of-the-art machines and systems from practical experience. Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate all Scrum events including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Coach the team and organization on Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and frameworks to help them mature.
- Shield the team from external interruptions and remove impediments to ensure smooth delivery.
- Guide the Product Owner on backlog management, prioritization, and writing clear user stories.
- Track and communicate key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, and sprint progress to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular feedback loops and team coaching.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and self-organization within the team.
- Support the adoption and integration of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Facilitate workshops and team-building sessions to improve communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to drive organizational agility and share best practices.
- Identify and escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers early to leadership.
- Encourage an environment of open communication, trust, and psychological safety.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Scrum certifications is a plus.
- Proven experience facilitating all Scrum events and driving team engagement.
- Ability to analyze metrics and use data to guide continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern software development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive mindset and can-do attitude
- Good spoken and written communication skills in English
- Structured and accurate way of working with high-quality awareness.
- Team player with good communication skills
- Candidates who are ready to fly to Dubai after selection.
