Key ResponsibilitiesGTM Strategy & PositioningDefine and drive Virimas GTM playbook for core and AI-enhanced product features
Develop compelling narratives that resonate with enterprise IT and security leaders
Perform competitor research, market analysis, and ICP refinement regularly
Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure message-market fitDemand Generation & Funnel GrowthOwn the end-to-end marketing funnel from top-of-funnel awareness to SQL handoff
Lead multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, SEO, email, partnerships, and events
Build scalable content engines (owned and performance) aligned to the buying journeyTeam Leadership & ExecutionManage a lean team of content marketers, growth specialists, ops, and web developers
Lead by example: write, experiment, and test as needed
Foster a high-ownership, collaborative, AI-savvy culture within the teamAnalytics, Budget & OptimizationSet and monitor KPIs: MQLs, pipeline velocity, attribution accuracy, CAC, ROI
Own the marketing budget, tool stack, and agency/vendor relationships
Champion marketing automation, reporting hygiene, and performance reviews
Requirements8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3+ in product marketing or GTM leadership
Background in technical products, preferably in ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, cybersecurity, or adjacent enterprise IT categories
Demonstrated ability to own pipeline, launch products, and work cross-functionally
Strong ability to lead and execute from positioning docs to campaign performance reviews
Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Jasper, SEMrush, HubSpot, Visla, etc.)
Excellent storytelling, messaging, and communication skills for technical and business audiences
Experience working with US counterparts and timezone overlap
Experience selling to public sector clients or navigating compliance-driven environments
Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions
Background in technical writing
