Job Description

Job Title:** Semi-Qualified Company Secretary

**Experience:** 1 3 years in Corporate

**Location:** Tech Boulevard, Seventh Floor, Noida

**Joining:** Immediate (Candidates with no attempt due in December 2025)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assisting in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for the company, including NBFC and public company compliance.

2. Assist in maintaining and updating secretarial records, regulatory filings, and other statutory documents.

3. Monitoring changes in relevant laws and regulations and advising management on necessary actions.

4. Assisting in the organization and preparation of board and committee meetings, including drafting and maintaining meeting minutes.

5. Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders on corporate governance matters.

6. Supporting in the preparation and filing of annual reports, financial statements, and other compliance-related submissions.

7. Assisting in the implementation and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures.

8. Supporting in conducting due diligence for corporate actions and legal matters.

9. Liaising with external regulators, legal counsels, and auditors on compliance matters.

10. Supporting in the development and delivery of training programs on compliance and governance.

Candidate Profile

  • Semi-qualified Company Secretary with 13 years of relevant experience.
  • Should not have December 2025 CS attempt and must be available for immediate joining.
  • Strong knowledge of Company Law, SEBI Regulations, NBFC, Public Company Compliance other allied laws.
  • Good drafting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
