Role & responsibilities

Manage site data, including business information and accounts, involving extensive online research, and updating accurate content on the client's platform
Contribute to ongoing and specific projects aimed at enhancing the quality of business information
Appreciate nuance and navigate grey areas, understanding the difference between working with guidelines and hard-and-fast rules
Possess a keen sense for identifying spam and scams
Demonstrate tenacity to delve into situations and enjoy intellectual challenges

Preferred candidate profile

A Bachelor's degree is a must
Should be adaptable to different shifts and workdays as per process requirements
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly grasp new software and understand the basics of web platforms and large data systems
Diplomatic and clear communication style with strong writing skills
Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to contribute to a vibrant and diverse culture
A reliable work-from-home setup with a stable internet connection is essential for seamless business continuity
