About the Job Company Description:- Shield Autoglass Limited, also known as AIS Windshield Experts, is India's first and only network of specialized repair and replacement centers for automotive glass. The company is a subsidiary of ASAHI INDIA GLASS LIMITED, the largest integrated glass company in India. AIS Windshield Experts has a network of 100+ service centers spread across 50+ cities in India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Center Manager. The Center Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks such as managing and guiding center staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing business strategies, maintaining budgets and inventory, scheduling appointments, and ensuring operational efficiency. The Center Manager will also be responsible for handling customer complaints and supervising the repair and installation process. Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure Profitability
- Centre Expenses within budgets
- Ensure NPS Target
- Resolution of customer complaints
- Adherence to centre SOP
- Monitoring and Reporting market trends

- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred
The preferred candidate profile candidate should have Retail sales & operations experience and should be from the retail/Automobile/Telecom/Insurance industry candidate who has experience in B2B/B2C/Field sales and can apply good communication in Hindi, English, or diploma holder can apply male candidate .
