DevOps Engineer Ethara.AI
Looking for a versatile DevOps Engineer who can design, implement, and manage scalable infrastructure for automated provisioning, deployment, and monitoring of AI-powered systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Design: Architect, implement, and manage secure, scalable, cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, GCP, or other providers.
- Automation: Automate deployment pipelines, provisioning, and configuration management using Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.
- CI/CD: Build and maintain CI/CD workflows using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
- Scripting: Use Python and shell scripting for automation, integrations, and system management tasks.
- AI-Enhanced DevOps: Leverage AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and DevOps Copilot to speed up deployments and reduce errors.
- Monitoring & Reliability: Implement observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Loki) to monitor performance, reliability, and security.
- Research & Innovation: Continuously evaluate new tools and best practices to improve scalability, cost efficiency, and developer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 26 years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure including EC2, S3, IAM, networking, and managed Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/AKS).
- Containers: Proficient with Docker, Docker Compose, and Kubernetes for microservices deployment.
- Familiarity with Odoo architecture and experience deploying or managing Odoo instances is a major plus.
- Infrastructure-as-Code: Experience with Terraform, Pulumi, or AWS CDK.
- Scripting & Automation: Strong skills in Python, Bash, or Go for workflow automation.
- Security: Familiar with implementing shift-left security practices, SAST/DAST scans, and cloud security hardening.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to independently navigate new tools and solve complex system design challenges.
- AI Mindset: Actively using or exploring AI-assisted tools in DevOps workflows.
Preferred/Bonus Skills
- Experience with Odoo architecture and deploying/managing Odoo instances.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes Operators and GitOps patterns.
- Familiarity with cost optimization, autoscaling, and performance tuning.
- Exposure to ML Ops pipelines (Kubeflow, MLflow, or similar).
Certifications (Preferred)
- Cloud: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect.
- Kubernetes: Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or CKAD.
- IaC: HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate.
- DevOps/Security: GitLab DevOps Professional, Certified DevSecOps Professional, or CompTIA Security+.
