Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior/Lead Data Analyst to join our analytics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization, with expertise in Snowflake and Tableau. You will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Snowflake.
- Create interactive and insightful dashboards and reports using Tableau.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
- Perform deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Optimize queries and data models for performance and scalability.
- Provide thought leadership in data strategy, governance, and best practices.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 812 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles.
- Mandatory expertise in Snowflake and Tableau.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
- Experience with ETL tools and data integration processes.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud data platforms.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
