Required Skills:
We are seeking a seasoned SAP SD Manager with over 10 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution, preferably with experience managing teams and projects in global or large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SD processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English without mother tongue influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the SAP SD team, ensuring timely delivery of SAP SD projects and support activities
- Oversee the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as MM, FI, WM, and production to ensure seamless integration and process optimization
- Drive the development and execution of SD-related business process improvements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to SAP SD consultants and team members
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices in SAP SD implementation and support
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues
- Facilitate training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and support teams
Required Skills & Experience:
- Over 10 years of experience in SAP SD module, with significant exposure to managerial or leadership roles
- Deep knowledge of SAP SD processes including sales order management, pricing, billing, credit management, and shipping
- Strong experience in integration with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, and WM
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple SAP SD projects simultaneously
- Experience in global implementations or working with international teams is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent English communication skills with no mother tongue influencecapable of engaging effectively with global stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP SD Certification
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution
- Familiarity with industry-specific requirements (e.g., automotive, manufacturing, retail)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
