Desired Candidate Profile
- Identification and segregation of potential market segments and building a Franchisee network.
- Create and establish a positive brand image for the Product among the franchisees, customers, markets and within the business ecosystem
- Exploring business possibilities by understanding the industry and its development path.
- Negotiating and agreeing on commercial terms & conditions with the client in line with the company policies.
- Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of scope of work and deliverable.
- Develop and maintain cordial client relations to ensure a good understanding of their current and future priorities and to identify new leads for other service offerings across the company.
- Conduct site visits with franchisees/ consultants; lead meetings with potential landlord partners.
- Conduct a thorough financial analysis to gauge the feasibility of potential options.
- Oversee franchisee documents, term sheet and lease negotiations; ensure advantageous terms; deal structuring, lease agreement finalization and signing.
- Ensure smooth coordination with internal legal, finance, design and project management teams.
- Work with our legal team to perform the due diligence for Franchisees and register the property agreement.
