We are currently hiring freshers and experienced professionals for an International Voice Process (UK , US & indian shifts).

Position: Customer Support Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling queries and concerns of UK & US customers related to banking and financial services.
  
• Providing excellent customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving.
  

Salary Package: 4.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA (based on experience)
Incentives and shift allowances will be provided separately.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Freshers: Must be graduates.
  
• Experienced: Undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year experience in international voice process are eligible.
  
• Mandatory: Excellent communication skills in English.
