Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- BA or BS in Computer Science, Technology, or Business discipline or equivalent experience is required.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in an IT technical or infrastructure field is required.
- Established understanding of Infrastructure and relative technologies.
- Proven abilities in problem management, process analysis and root cause analysis is required.
Experience Addendum ServiceNow Application:
- 5+ years experience with the design, build, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services is required.
- 3+ years experience with acting as a subject matter expert in the design, configuration and building on multiple projects is desired.
- 3+ years experience with writing technical specification documents for development, performing testing, and/or performing configuration management for the implementation, enhancement or upgrade solutions in a cloud hosted environment is desired
- Implementation and/or maintenance experience is required in at least 2 or more of the following ServiceNow modules in addition to ITSM: SPM, APM, CMDB, HRSD, Integrations, Flow Designer, Employee Center, ITOM, CSM, WSD, SecOps
Required Licensure and Certifications:
- 2 or more relevant technical/professional certifications required, including:
ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)
1+ ServiceNow CIS Certifications
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training:
- Excellent judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines in a past paced work environment is required.
- Strong written and oral communication skills desired; Ability to develop and organize written documentation and procedures is required.
- Demonstrates a customer service approach to service delivery and effectively communicates with our customers on requests and incidents.
- General knowledge of Microsoft and UNIX operating systems required.
- Fundamental knowledge of networking and security technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, load balancing/proxies, authentication, single sign on desired.
- Basic knowledge of storage networks and technologies desired.
- Strong knowledge of testing and quality assurance methodologies desired.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus
