Job Description
Job Title: Stress Testing Technical
Experience Required: 58 years
Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Risk domain, particularly in Capital Markets.
- Design, plan, and implement workflows and tools to enhance daily cleaning and monitoring of stress testing data.
- Execute stress tests, interpret outputs, validate results, and expand scenarios as needed.
- Conduct independent reviews of current processes to identify gaps and design remediation controls.
- Collaborate with Risk Technology and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Independently manage projects including stakeholder communication, testing, and sign-off.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation: Business Requirements, Impact Analysis, Gap Analysis, Risks, Issues, Mitigants, etc.
- Provide support across other risk team initiatives such as pilots, strategic analysis, and project execution.
Required Skills:
- 58 years of experience in Risk Management within Capital Markets, with a solid understanding of Market Risk, risk calculations, workflows, and relevant data inputs.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Risk Data Change Management projects.
- Strong skills in data analysis, data cleaning, scripting, and automation to build controls around risk data.
- Good understanding of derivative products across asset classes.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with database applications.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for effective coordination with business and technology teams.
