JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a Director of IT Operations in our Compass INDIA B&M Site to oversee our client's daily IT operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness in all departments. The Director of Operations will work closely with senior management to develop strategies for business growth, streamline processes, and achieve operational goals.


***THIS POSITION IS ONSITE & IN CENTER DAILY.***

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience in IT operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • MUST have 5+ years call center Operations experience in Cx or IT preferred.
  • Strong understanding of IT operations - help desk - call center IT Support, financial management and budgeting.
  • Excellent organizational, cross functional collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Ability to multitask, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Oversee daily operations of various departments including production, procurement, and logistics
  • Monitor performance metrics and key performance indicators to ensure goals are met
  • Collaborate with senior management to set company goals and objectives
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Manage a team of department heads and provide guidance and support as needed
