Job Description
- As a motivated QA intern joining the engineering team, your role will involve supporting product development and release activities by performing manual testing of websites, web applications, and APIs. You will be responsible for ensuring high quality before deployment through creating and executing test cases, reporting bugs, verifying fixes, and collaborating closely with developers and product leads. This full-time internship provides hands-on training and a clear path to a Junior QA position for strong performers. Key Responsibilities: - Perform manual testing of websites, web applications, and APIs - Create and execute test cases - Report bugs and verify fixes - Collaborate closely with developers and product leads Qualifications Required: - Basic knowledge of QA concepts, including positive and negative test scenarios - Ability to create, execute, and document test cases and test cycles - Manual testing experience for websites (experience with WordPress is a plus) - Basic exposure to API testing tools such as Postman (preferred) - Interest in learning automated testing and unit test principles (nice to have) - Strong attention to detail and good problem-reporting skills (clear reproduction steps, screenshots) - Good written and verbal communication skills in English - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (completed or final-year student) In addition to the role and responsibilities, this internship offers benefits including: - Stipend of 15,000 per month - Structured onboarding and hands-on mentorship from experienced QA engineers - Real-world exposure to web and API testing workflows and tools - Remote-first, flexible work culture with regular check-ins - Opportunity for conversion to a permanent Junior QA role based on performance,
