Job Description

    Role Overview: As a part of this role, you will be responsible for resolving, maintaining, and managing clients" software/hardware/network based on service requests raised from end-users. Your key focus will be on ensuring client satisfaction and meeting defined SLAs. It will be essential for you to keep track of the number of tickets raised through various communication channels and provide the right solution within defined resolution timeframes. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by clients - Maintain quality parameters while resolving service requests - Act as a custodian of clients" network/server/system/storage/platform/infrastructure - Perform root cause analysis of raised tickets and create action plans to resolve problems - Provide immediate resolution to high-priority tickets/services - Install and configure software/hardware requirements - Provide application/user access as per client requirements - Adhere to timeliness as per the priority of each issue - Track tickets from acceptance to resolution stage - Maintain timely backups of important data/logs - Collaborate with on-site teams for complex problem resolution - Review logs gathered by Chat BOTS to ensure timely service request/issue resolution - Meet performance parameters such as 100% adherence to SLAs/timelines - Aim for zero customer escalations - Strive to receive client appreciation emails Qualifications Required: - Mandatory skill: Desktop Support - Desired experience: 1-3 years Note: Join Wipro, a company dedicated to digital transformation and reinvention, where your career growth and skills evolution are encouraged.
