Job Description

You will be responsible for performing simple to medium back-office transactions for insurance clients (Life/P&C). Additionally, you will handle customer queries via email and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all transactions. You should be able to process complex transactions, interpret insurance policy documents, and audit work done by processors to improve quality.
