Job Description
- As a Senior Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance systems. Your role will involve a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership to guide teams through complex projects. Key Responsibilities: - Design scalable, efficient, and secure technical architectures that align with organizational goals - Evaluate business requirements and translate them into clear technical solutions - Define system integration strategies and ensure compatibility across platforms and services - Recommend and select the appropriate technology stack for each project - Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment - Provide architectural oversight during software development and implementation processes - Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards - Serve as the primary technical liaison between internal teams and external partners or clients - Drive innovation by staying updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices - Develop roadmaps for technology adoption and upgrades, ensuring systems remain competitive - Perform risk assessments of existing and proposed solutions and address performance, security, and scalability concerns - Oversee and validate the technical aspects of development projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables - Conduct code and design reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and guidelines - Identify bottlenecks and optimize system performance Technical Skills: - Proven experience in architecture design and development of complex, enterprise-level systems - Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS), microservices, APIs, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), etc. - Strong knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java) and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Angular, React) - Proficient in database design, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and non-relational (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) Qualifications: - B-Tech - Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, or Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect are preferable - Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Additional Company Details (if present): - The company emphasizes continuous upskilling with cutting-edge tech to deliver high-quality, future-proof solutions meeting client expectations and industry standards - Leveraging domain/tech expertise to gather client needs, deliver solutions, and craft a technology strategy aligned with business goals This position requires a highly skilled individual with 9-11 years of experience in technical architecture and design.
