Job Description

Designation: Relationship Officer —Banca channel

CTC upto 3.9LPA

Locations -Chennai north and south

Only BFSI and life insurance candidates can apply

Key Responsibilities:

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with banking partners to drive life insurance sales through the banks network.
Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by leveraging the banks branches and customer base.
Training & Support: Provide product training to bank staff, ensuring they understand the life insurance offerings and how to promote them effectively.
Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies in coordination with the bank to maximize revenue and increase product penetration.
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with bank branches to identify customer needs and offer life insurance solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory norms, company policies, and processes during the sales process.
Reporting: Track and report performance metrics regularly to management, analyze sales data, and suggest improvements.
