Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- To maintain all operation of Raw material warehouse
- Receive, inspect, and verify raw materials against purchase orders , to prepare the GRN and print the label and affix on each container.
- Store raw materials in designated areas ensuring correct labelling, segregation, and environmental conditions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update in SAP regularly.
- Coordinate with internal & external customer and timely transfer/dispatch require raw material.
- Perform regular physical stock checks and update in SAP.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and QMS during all warehouse activities.
- Identify and report any material discrepancies, damages, or non-conformances to QA and Warehouse Manager.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the warehouse.
- To maintain warehouse operation related document as per GDP.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and clarifications.
- Participate in training sessions on safety, GMP, and QMS processes.
- Follow health, safety, and environmental policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Preferred candidate profile
SAP knowledge preferable. Responsible for end-to-end raw material warehouse operations of a pharmaceutical facility, including receipt, inspection, storage, inventory control, documentation, and update trough SAP. Ensures compliance with GMP, GDP, QMS, safety standards, and supports audits and cross-functional coordination. Graduate qualified.
