We are looking for an experienced Director Nursing / Nursing Head to lead and manage the nursing department. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing practices, ensuring high-quality patient care, compliance with healthcare standards, and effective team management .

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with NABH standards.
  
• Develop and implement effective nursing policies, procedures, and protocols to improve patient outcomes.
  
• Lead a team of nurses, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to enhance their skills and performance.
  
• Collaborate with other hospital departments to ensure seamless coordination of medical services.
