Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Plant Maintenance (PM) and/or Project Systems (PS) to support, implement, and enhance SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on configuration experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PM/PS solutions.
- Configure and support SAP PM (maintenance planning, work orders, notifications, preventive maintenance) and/or SAP PS (project structuring, planning, budgeting, execution, and monitoring).
- Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, and support projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, etc.) for integrated solutions.
- Handle day-to-day support issues, change requests, and enhancements.
- Conduct functional testing, user training, and documentation.
- Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP PM and/or PS modules.
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance and/or project management business processes.
- Experience in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
- Good knowledge of integration with other SAP modules.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Preferred Attributes:
- Exposure to international SAP projects or multi-country rollouts.
- Experience with third-party system integration and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- SAP certification in PM or PS is a plus.
