Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Project Execution: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring timely and quality execution of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure smooth execution and adherence to timelines.
- Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Cost & Time Management: Monitor project budgets and schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all construction activities comply with statutory regulations, safety norms, and environmental guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor site engineers and supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, material consumption, and site activities. Prepare regular MIS reports for management.
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction, preferably in high-rise residential or commercial projects with a Grade-A developer.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project management tools
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders
