Job Description
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with strong technical proficiency and proven managerial experience to lead development projects, mentor team members, and contribute hands-on to front-end and back-end coding tasks. This hybrid role requires both deep coding knowledge and the ability to manage people, projects, and priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications across the full stack (front-end, back-end, database).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn business requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using technologies such as JavaScript (React, Angular, Vue), Python/Node.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
- Implement and maintain APIs and microservices architectures.
Managerial Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Plan, prioritize, and assign development tasks in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Participate in hiring processes, onboarding, and career development of team members.
- Manage project timelines, communicate risks, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters a plus).
- 6+ years of full stack development experience.
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or managerial role.
- Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Next) and back-end languages (Python/Node).
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
