Your Role
- Team Handling
- Ability to handle a team of 10-15 people
- Effectively monitor the team's performance
- Allocate and track daily work for the team
- Ability to track team's performance
- Conduct one-o-ones with team in timely manner
- Ability to resolve team's issue in a timely manner
- Excellent understanding of P&C Auto Insurance processes
- Work as a Subject Matter Expert
- Provide training to team members
- Perform quality checks and provide feedback
- Good skills and knowledge of leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution
- Excellent in logical and reasoning skills, ability to analyse the requirements
- Able to work in complex environments and should be multi-tasking
- Can act as a backup for the line manager
- Be innovative, open minded and progressive in thinking
- Can coordinate and do follow ups with stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - should be able to interact with client partners independently and document meeting minutes
- Be open to work with other peers and team members as required by the Management
- Should be a competent user of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams and Outlook
Your Profile
- 4 6 years experience in the P&C Auto US insurance industry
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple work types
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Experience working with customers digitally
- Excellent time management skills
- Superior and demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively in writing
- Ability to apply initiative and judgment to define and perform complex tasks and see the bigger picture
- Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelors degree
- Good communication skills verbal and written
- Good understating of MS tools Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
