Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Solution Architect for our ISG team with 13 to 16 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data & Analytics Business Temenos Analytics and T24 Core Technical. The role involves designing and implementing solutions that enhance our retail banking services. This hybrid position requires a deep understanding of Temenos technologies and offers an opportunity to impact our companys growth and societal contributions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of data and analytics solutions to support business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of Temenos Analytics with existing systems to optimize performance.
- Provide technical expertise in Temenos DataEvent DES and Outbox to ensure seamless data flow.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy Temenos Data Hub solutions.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that drive strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for architecture and design processes.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support the development of data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to upskill team members on new technologies.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure solutions are scalable secure and aligned with industry best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of architecture standards and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess strong technical skills in Data & Analytics Business and Temenos Analytics.
- Demonstrate expertise in Temenos DataEvent DES Outbox and Data Hub.
- Have a solid understanding of T24 Core Technical aspects.
- Experience in retail banking domain is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
