Job Description

We are urgently hiring BA For General Insurance domain, below mentioned is JD.

Experience : 5-6 yrs.

Work Location : Prabhadevi.

Position : 3

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handson experience Experience as a Business Analyst / Product analyst in IT projects
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the system features and enhancements.
• Create detailed User Stories, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and Functional Specifications using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Work closely with product owners, underwriters, and developers to ensure clarity and alignment on feature development.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Conduct gap analysis, identify process improvements, and support UAT with test case design and issue tracking.
• Ensure that solutions are aligned with business goals, compliance regulations, and industry standards.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and systems architecture.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
