Strong grasp of English grammar, sentence structure, and vocabulary to ensure clarity and professionalism across all channels.
2. Channel Flexibility and Adaptability:
* Fully trained and able to seamlessly operate across email, chat, and voice support.
* Ability to switch between channels based on business needs while maintaining quality and tone consistency.
3. Customer Handling Skills:
* Demonstrated active listening, empathy, and customer-first approach.
Skilled in Customer support and Issue resolution and managing sensitive or complex customer scenarios.
4. Communication & Documentation.
* Exceptional written communication skill tailored for email and chat, with proper grammar, tone, and formatting.
* Accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions in support systems.
5. Analytical Thinking & Problem solving
* Ability to understand customer content, identify issues, and provide effective and timely solutions.
