Location: Hyderabad
Salary: 2.2 LPA-2.5 LPA
Experience: Fresher (Graduation pass out 2020 or later)
Shift: Rotational Shifts with Rotational Week offs
Relocation: Must be ready to relocate to Hyderabad
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and dedicated Content Moderator (Fresher) to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate should be comfortable reviewing all types of content, including explicit, sensitive, adult, and abusive material. The role involves ensuring that all content complies with company policies and community standards while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate various types of content including text, images, videos, and audio.
- Identify, flag, and take appropriate action on explicit, sensitive, adult, or abusive content.
- Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and legal regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive content.
- Work in rotational shifts and observe rotational Week offs as per business requirements.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduation completed in 2020 or later from a recognized university.
- Comfortable watching and assessing explicit, sensitive, adult, and abusive content.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in any one of the following languages:
- Punjabi
- Marathi
- Tamil
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and accept rotational Week offs.
- Ready to relocate to Hyderabad.
