Job Description
Job Title: Asset Administrator
Location: Goregaon, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Timing: 10 AM 7 PM
Working days: Monday to Saturday (Sundays off)
Role Description:
*Key Responsibilities:*
1. *Asset Register Maintenance*: Update and maintain the asset register, ensuring all assets are recorded, and their details are accurate and up-to-date.
2. *Asset Disposal*: Coordinate the disposal of surplus or obsolete assets, ensuring compliance with studio policies and procedures.
3. *Reporting and Analysis*: Provide regular reports on asset utilization, maintenance, and disposal. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. *Collaboration with Production Team*: Work closely with the dubbing team to ensure asset management aligns with production requirements.
5. *Excel Sheet Management*: Maintain and update Excel sheets to track asset details, including:
- Asset inventory
- Maintenance schedules
- Depreciation records
- Disposal records
6. *Digital Asset Management*:
- Download assets from various sources
- Transfer assets to respective destinations
- Upload correct files to client servers, ensuring accurate file naming and formatting
- Verify file integrity and completeness after transfer
*Requirements:*
- Experience in asset management or a similar role in a creative or studio environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in:
- Asset management
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Google Sheets (optional)
- Follow File transfer protocols
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate record.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform quality checks of deliverables, track version history, and flag errors quickly.
- Can adapt to dynamic production environments and last-minute changes.
- Freshers or those with limited industry experience are welcome were happy to train the right talent.
*Nice to Have:*
- Experience working in a dubbing or post-production studio
- Knowledge of audio equipment and software used in dubbing productions
- Familiarity with project management tools.
