In this role, you will provide support to clients by resolving application-related issues, ensuring system functionality, and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your IT career in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and provide timely technical support.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot basic application or system issues.
  • Record and track issues using ticketing tools.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and resolutions.
  • Learn and stay updated on company applications, tools, and processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical and soft skills.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Skills & Qualifications:Must-Have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts or software applications.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical support environment.
  • Customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.

Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Zendesk) optional.
  • Knowledge of Desktop Transformation or ITIL concepts.
  • Internship or academic project experience in a relevant domain.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Recent graduate (any stream) with a strong interest in IT/Technical Support.
  • 15 years of full-time education (Graduation completed).
  • Willingness to work in shifts if required.
