Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their banking-related issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Meet performance targets set by the organization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 0-5 years of experience in BPO or similar industry.
- Good English skills for effective communication with customers.
- Proficiency in Telecome Voice process, Customer Service Operations .
Education : Graduation
Language :1. Marathi with Good English coms skills
2.Gujrati with Good English coms skills
Shifts : 9am-6pm , 1 Rotational offs
Salary : Up to 30k CTC ,Depends on communication skills.
Work location : Ashar IT Park, 2nd floor, Jayshree Baug , Road No. 16/Z, Wagle Industrial Estate, Thane, Maharashtra 400604
