Lead AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer @ BEO Software

Your Mission:
As a Lead AI-Driven Full Stack Engineer, you will be the architect and primary driver for our next generation of features. Your core task is to be responsible for the development of complete features, from conception to flawless delivery not as a traditional code writer, but as a virtuoso orchestrator of Artificial Intelligence.
You will translate complex requirements into precise prompts and instructions for our AI tools, then review, optimize, and seamlessly integrate the generated code into our systems. You are a "Head of Everything" in the best sense: an independently working, technically brilliant individual who masters all disciplines and passionately ensures that our applications are performant, user-friendly, and of the highest quality. What You Bring:
Academic Background: A completed degree (minimum Bachelors, Masters preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field. Extensive Professional Experience: At least 7-10 years (10 years preferred) of deep and broad experience in software development. Ideally, you have gained your expertise outside of large corporations, where a wider, more versatile problem-solving approach was required. Technological Mastery: Excellent knowledge and practical experience with our tech stack: React (with Vite), Node.js, SQL, and MongoDB. You understand the architecture of high-performance systems, can design performant database queries, and optimize frontends for an optimal user experience. Leadership Experience (Transferred): Although you wont lead a human team, you know how to communicate tasks precisely, delegate responsibilities, and ensure results. This experience will help you effectively "lead" and orchestrate AI. AI-First Mindset: You are not only familiar with the latest AI models and tools (like Cursor IDE) but actively and effectively use them in your development process. You possess an intrinsic curiosity to push the boundaries of whats possible with AI. Proactive Self-Responsibility: You are highly motivated, take full ownership of your projects, and drive their completion independently. You proactively familiarize yourself with complex system dependencies and ensure seamless integration of new features. Quality Fanatic: You uphold the highest quality standards in every line of code (whether generated or manually reviewed) and in every architectural decision. "Hands-on" Mentality: You are an operational doer who not only conceptualizes code but also actively reviews, adjusts, and deploys it all with the goal of flawless delivery. Language Skills: Fluent in English
