Pre-joining Managing recruitment related MIS, coordinating with candidates & HR team for pre-joining documents

Post-joining Managing post joining documentation (first check), employee code request, System/ IT related access, facilitating Bank account opening.

MIS Maintenance Maintaining various MIS.

Records Maintenance Maintaining files & folders, hard copies & scan copies (as required)

Employee Engagement Supporting and coordinating for all employee engagement activities
