Generative AI Engineer (RAG/NLP Specialist)Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications with a strong focus on performance optimization.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines including data cleaning, embeddings, vector stores, and generation, while tracking and improving relevant performance metrics.
- Leverage Python (NLP libraries), LangChain, and FastAPI to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to improve accuracy and efficiency of generative AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems.
- Document processes clearly and present solutions in a concise and understandable manner.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience, with at least 34 enterprise-level RAG implementations.
- Excellent understanding of Python, especially with NLP/LLM libraries.
- Hands-on expertise in LangChain and FastAPI.
- Proven experience with AWS services: S3, Lambda, API Gateway.
- Strong expertise in prompt engineering for generative AI solutions.
- Solid understanding of NLP/NLU concepts and generative AI models.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with MCP framework.
- Familiarity with advanced metrics and evaluation methods for LLM/RAG performance.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on scalability, clarity, and performance.
