Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate is expected to work in new Business & Sales development , identifying & determining the market potential & accordingly generating new business proposal beside that he shall be responsible for achieving Sales budget for the Region, ensuring collections for Steel Abrasives(Steel Shots & Steel Grits) used for De-sanding , De-scaling, Surface preparation, Shot Peening application in Shot Blasting application mainly in the Foundry , Forging, Pipe coating, Shipyard Industry , Steel Fabrication & Steel structure Industry in the state of West Bengal, Jharkhand Orissa, Chattisgarh, Bihar , North East or any assigned Territory.
He will be also responsible for providing application support to the customers including working on hand on customer machine in shot blasting appl. in the shop floor as a part of application support beside developing new applications for Products in assigned Territory including Productivity Improvement Activities at Customer place, Customer Service, Order Management, existing customer management etc.
The candidate should be completely focus on time bound new business & territory development and existing customer management .
The candidate is required to be operating from his residence at Kolkata and Prepared to travel atleast 2-3 week (18 days at customer site ) in a month in difficult travelling condition Interior country side / small cities by train & bus for proactive technical & commercial initiative in the assigned territory in the East India.

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Mechanical, Metallurgy, Mechanical, Metallurgy
PG: Post Graduation Not Required
