UI/UX Designer @ Syngene

Job Description

Key Responsibility:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and shape UI/UX design strategies


• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for user testing and development


• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate design implementation


• Build and maintain design systems and reusable components for consistency


• Conduct usability testing and improve designs based on user feedback


• Identify and resolve UX issues to enhance user experience


• Design responsive and accessible interfaces across devices


• Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align designs with business goals


• Review final products to ensure design quality and consistency

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in R&D.


• Experience in web programming, Javascript, React/Angular.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Knowledge of web and application design principles and a keen eye for aesthetics
