Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Frontend Developer to spearhead the frontend development efforts for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling applications for diverse use cases, high data volumes, and large user bases. As a Senior Frontend Developer, you will drive technical direction, mentor a team of developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code across all frontend technologies.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of frontend developers.
  
  
  • Define and enforce frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
  
  
  • Collaborate with product managers, backend leads, and UX/UI teams to align on requirements and ensure seamless integrations.

  • Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and optimization tasks.
  
  
  • Architect and build responsive, high performance web and mobile applications.
  
  
  
  


• Technology Ownership
  
  
  
  • Demonstrate expertise across a broad range of frontend technologies and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue, React Native, Flutter, Ionic, etc.).
  
  
  • Evaluate, recommend, and drive adoption of new tools, libraries, and frameworks to improve productivity and performance.

  • Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  
  
  • Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement optimizations to support large-scale usage.

  • Foster a collaborative environment across engineering, design, QA, and product teams.
  
  
  • Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade offs to stakeholders.
  
  
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 6+ years of hands on frontend development experience.


• proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.


• Strong command over React and React Native is a must.


• Working knowledge of Angular, Vue, Flutter, or Ionic is a plus.


• Experience with state management tools (Redux, NgRx, etc.).


• Familiarity with Webpack, Metro bundler, and version control systems like Git.


• Understanding of testing frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Detox.


• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
