Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer with strong expertise in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing and developing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems, integrating Large Language Models, and building data-driven solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and deploy AI/ML solutions to solve real-world business problems.
- Develop and fine-tune LLM-based applications (e.g., Chatbots, RAG systems, text generation, summarization).
- Implement and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and embedding models.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
- Write efficient and optimized code in Python for ML/AI workflows.
- Leverage SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analytics.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Generative AI, NLP, and ML frameworks.
Required Skills
- Programming: Python with strong problem-solving abilities.
- AI / ML: Solid experience in building and deploying AI/ML models .
- Generative AI: Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
- RAG Applications: Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) and retrieval pipelines.
- SQL: Proficient in writing complex queries and handling structured datasets.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow / PyTorch / Scikit-learn.
- Strong debugging, optimization, and analytical skills.
Good to Have
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML deployment.
- Exposure to MLOps pipelines and model lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of API integration for LLM-based services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).
Qualifications
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related fields.
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience in AI/ML engineering.
