We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our data team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Snowflake, data modeling, SQL, and experience with data migration projects. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, particularly Azure Synapse, and exposure to Power BI is essential. The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data solutions, supporting migration initiatives, and enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Required Skills:

• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, including hands-on work with Snowflake and SQL.
• Strong experience in data modelling (star schema, snowflake schema, normalisation, denormalization).
• Proven experience in data migration from on-premise to cloud platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with Azure Data Services (e.g., Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake).
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and best practices.
• Knowledge with Power BI, especially integrating with enterprise data models.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
