Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Developer with 58 years of experience, who can take ownership of Level 3 (L3) support and development activities. This role demands strong technical expertise in Salesforce, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to ensure platform stability and continuous enhancement.

Key Responsibilities:

Development:

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
• Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types.
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

L3 Support:

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex Salesforce issues from L1 and L2 support teams.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term fixes for recurring issues.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve incidents and deploy enhancements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, known issues, and resolutions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and support.
• Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
